Quail eggs are popular in Brazil and you can find them in supermarkets.
Ingredients:
12 quail eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil the eggs.
2. Peel the eggs
3. Put the eggs in a bowl
4. Season the eggs with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Remarks:
• You can serve quail eggs as an appetizer along with other appetizers such as olives, salami, provolone cheese, tuna spread, etc.
• It's easy to peel quail eggs under the tap water.
